ABOUT SA'MANTHA SAYTEN
A Philadelphia based Trans Artist, Photographer, and Academic who lives with a mission of inclusion, Sa'Mantha SayTen is known for years of teaching advocacy through argumentative writing and supplying performance art that disrupts binaries and normalcies.
A native of Paterson, NJ, Sa'Mantha began doing drag at the age of 19 and made their first appearance in a stage performance of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. After earning their Master's in Writing/Education they moved to Philadelphia and began working on their web series "Sinful Makeup with Sa'Mantha SayTen," performing in nightlife, and creating a space of inclusion within the greater Philadelphia queer scene (eg. "Gender Queery: A Gender Queer Variety Show.")
Sa'Mantha is known for their occult witch aesthetic that values the spirituality of inclusion and advocacy.
